Clear answers about our premium co-hosting
Can I use my property whenever I want?
Yes, absolutely! Simply let us know your desired dates, and we will block them through our channel manager (as long as they are not already reserved), so you can enjoy your property freely.
Do I have a say in who books my property?
Bookings are confirmed through the platforms and their safety features (verified profiles, secure payments, etc.). We screen suspicious requests and stay vigilant to protect your home. You set the house rules; we make sure guests follow them.
How is cleaning managed?
Cleaning is scheduled automatically after every checkout. We coordinate a dedicated cleaning team to keep your home spotless and your guests happy.
Do I need to provide linens?
Yes, you need to provide 3 full sets per bed, 3 sets of towels per guest, as well as bath mats and kitchen towels.
What happens in case of damage or an issue with a guest?
Booking platforms offer their own host protection programs. If something happens, we document it and help you file and follow up on the claim. For direct and Booking.com reservations, a credit card hold is also taken. You're kept informed at every step.
Who sets the rental prices?
We recommend and adjust your nightly rates using dynamic pricing tools and a tailored strategy (seasonality, local events, competition) to grow your revenue while keeping occupancy high. You always have the final say.
How are rental payments transferred?
Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and other platforms pay your rental income directly into your own bank account. Your payouts never go through us.
What are the management fees?
Our co-hosting fee is a percentage of each confirmed booking. It covers everything guest-related: communication, check-in, support during the stay, and cleaning and maintenance coordination.
How long does it take to list my property?
Once we have the required documents and your home is ready (photos, setup, etc.), your listing can go live within 3 to 7 days.
