Nous sommes Quentin et Sébastien, père et fils. Passionnés par l'immobilier et le service, nous unissons nos forces pour prendre la tête du secteur de Daytona, Palm Coast et Sanford en Floride. Au quotidien, notre complicité familiale nous a appris à faire équipe, à anticiper et à bâtir des projets solides — des valeurs que nous appliquons naturellement aujourd’hui dans notre métier de conciergerie.
​Ce défi professionnel est aussi le premier chapitre d’un grand projet de vie. D'ici un an, c'est toute notre tribu, avec Laurianne (ma mère) et Margaux ( ma sœur), qui s’installera au cœur du Sunshine State. C’est ensemble, soudés et motivés, que nous préparons cette expatriation en famille.

Can I use my property whenever I want?

Yes, absolutely! Simply let us know your desired dates, and we will block them through our channel manager (as long as they are not already reserved), so you can enjoy your property freely.

Do I have a say in who books my property?

Reservations are confirmed through the platforms under their security conditions (verified profiles, secure payments, etc.). We screen suspicious requests and remain vigilant to protect your property.

How is cleaning managed?

Cleaning is automatically scheduled after each guest departure. We have a dedicated team to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Do I need to provide linens?

Yes, you need to provide 3 full sets per bed, 3 sets of towels per guest, as well as bath mats and kitchen towels.

What happens in case of damage or an issue with a guest?

Platforms include specific insurance policies. On our side, we handle the claim and follow-up if an incident occurs. For direct or Booking.com reservations, we also take a credit card hold. You are kept informed at every step.

Who sets the rental prices?

We use specialized tools and a tailored pricing strategy (season, events, competition) to optimize your revenue while maintaining a strong occupancy rate.

How are rental payments transferred?

Platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.) transfer your rental income directly to the bank account you provided (RIB/IBAN or US equivalent). You receive your payouts with no intermediary.

What are the management fees?

We apply a commission on each confirmed booking. This percentage covers the full management of your guests (communication, check-in, stay follow-up, cleaning, and maintenance).

How long does it take to list my property?

Once we receive all the required documents and the property is ready (photos, setup, etc.), your listing can go live within 3 to 7 days
